Across Military and Law Enforcement roles, frontline personnel are expected to carry heavy kit day in and day out, without options to evenly spread the load. This issue is especially prevalent with female operators, being issued the same kit as their male counterparts.

/ Solution

Understanding that weight distribution is a critical factor in not just performance but also avoiding injury, we researched which areas affect performance the most and developed vests and accessories to improve that load carriage.
