Design
Our commitment to quality starts early, before a product is first conceptualised. Tracking and reviewing the latest materials and technologies as they appear, our design team are always looking to offer the most capable materials available.

Sampling
Working with our inhouse sampling and production, QC team and overseas manufacturers, we establish and test stringent Quality Control checks to ensure that you receive products of the quality expected from Arktis.
Samples are split into 3 categories;
- Development samples, used to refine and test the design before it can be signed off for production
- Pre-Production samples, confirming that Design and Manufacturer are agreed on the materials, measurements and assembly of the product
- Pre-Shipment samples, subsets of the final production run to be approved before the main stock is accepted into stock

Even with approved materials, design and production samples, we carry out spot checks on stock before it is shipped from our warehouse
